Mr. Pickles has a problem...

The kids bus got stuck in the ditch across from our house. They initially sent a pewny little truck to pull it out! Then the bus driver, Mr. Pickles, and the owner of the woosy truck sat inside of it for awhile until they decided they needed something bigger, like Big Blue here! Big Blue just hooked a chain to it and hauled her right out of that ditch! Mr. Pickles was very happy and I was glad to get back inside where it was warm!

Remember summer time?

As I'm writing this its snowing outside! So, lets think of warmer times! The boys totally loved their "jumpy slide" while Em and Joe preferred to chill out in their pool! I miss summer! I'll never say, "Its too hot!!" again, I promise!

Em's birthday!

Hard to believe my precious baby girl is 2! Where does the time go? She had a blast on her birthday of course. She wanted to try every outfit on as soon as she opened it! Too cute! Sigh...I hate to see her grow up...  Oh yea, this is posted way late! Her birthday is in August!

Determination....

She had a sippy cup of water right on the kitchen table if she would have bothered to look! Had to do it the hard way though!

Game time!

Here are my 4 boys playing Webkinz. They are totally addicted! I'll have to admit though, if I'm going to be honest....I am too. I know, I know! An "adult" addicted to a "kids" game? Whats the world coming to?

This is Nina. She's been the constant companion to my husband and I for the last 12 years. She was just diagnosed with Lymphoma. From what I've read the lifespan for dogs with untreated Lymphoma from time of diagnosis is 2 months or less. We've decided to treat her conservatively with an anti inflammatory to reduce the size of the lymph nodes and hopefully keep her more comfortable. We've just lost our cat so this news was a terrible blow to our family. We plan on loving and  spoiling her for the rest of the time that we have her and when the day comes that she starts to suffer, we'll send her to heaven to be with our little cat.

A kid again?

This is my husband jumping on a trampoline. True, I told him NOT to do this as he is OLD now and he has a JOB to go to and if he gets hurt and cant GO to his job we're in BIG trouble cause we wont be making any MONEY! Doesn't listen. He told everyone, "Don't tell my wife!!". Guess he should've told them not to take pics either!
